This study aims to elucidate the therapeutic potential and molecular mechanisms of wogonin, a natural flavonoid, in the treatment of psoriasis. Through an integrative approach combining network pharmacology, molecular docking, and in vivo validation in an imiquimod-induced psoriasis mouse model, we identified and verified key targets of wogonin, including MMP9, CCNA2, and CCND1. The RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data generated from skin tissues of control, psoriasis model, and wogonin-treated mice provide comprehensive transcriptomic insights into how wogonin modulates gene expression to ameliorate psoriatic pathology. These data are a valuable resource for understanding the multi-target mechanism of wogonin and support its development as a novel therapeutic agent for psoriasis and related inflammatory skin disorders.
