In this study, we set up nine continuous-flow columns with different substrate mixture of straw compost and crab shell, aiming to treat high-strength AMD, optimize the substrate ratio, and study the removal mechanism for heavy metals.Furthermore , utilizing high-throughput sequencing to explain potential relationships between microbial population and treatment performance of AMD with different ratio substrates.
