Pyrosequencing data for epigenetic age estimation

The initial data used for the analysis "Evaluation of epigenetic age based on DNA methylation analysis of several CpG sites in Ukrainian population" are presented here. "Pyrosequencing data summary.xlsx" is a document, which contains the summarized data used in the article. In the "Data_final" sheet CpG values taken for the analysis can be found. The "Raw_data_location" sheet contains the name (presented as a number) of the corresponding ".pyrorun" file (can be found in the "Pyrosequencing_files.zip") and CpG report file for each of the samples taken for the study (can be found in the "Reports.zip"). Only samples, that were used for the study are included in the report files.
