the Datasets of the East-central Silk Road Routes in the Tang Dynasty (618-907year)

The route of the Silk Road is an important foundation for the study of the Silk Road. The Silk Road in the Tang dynasty laid the basic framework of the historical Silk Road transportation. In this paper, Taking the East-central route of the silk road in the Tang dynasty (618-907) as the research object, comprehensive utilizing of the historical documents and archaeological achievements, as well as historical geography and geographic information system method to establish the silk road traffic route datasets, in order to objectively reflect the appearance of the East-central Silk Road in the Tang dynasty as far as possible. The data not only can be directly used for characterization of the East-central Silk Road traffic routes of the overall situation in the Tang dynasty, and also can retrieve a year's traffic situation, and is an important basic dataset of science research along the road of the Silk Road in the Tang dynasty.

丝绸之路的路线是研究丝绸之路的重要基石。唐代（618-907年）的丝绸之路奠定了历史丝绸之路交通运输的基本框架。本文以唐代丝绸之路的东中路线为研究对象，综合运用历史文献、考古成果、历史地理以及地理信息系统方法，构建丝绸之路交通路线数据集，旨在尽可能客观地反映唐代东中丝绸之路的样貌。这些数据不仅可直接用于唐代东中丝绸之路交通路线的整体状况描述，并可检索某一年的交通情况，是沿丝绸之路唐代科学研究的重要基础数据集。
