资源简介:
This record presents Sobon (সবন), a Vedic rhythmic inner Homa process that generates Soma (life-affirming energy) through structured chanting (Japa), metrical rhythm (Chanda), and time cycles (Kala). Sobon is an inner Yajna, where the mantra-fueled flame purifies the body–mind system and connects the practitioner with the Supreme Soul (Paramatma).
Rooted in the Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and Atharvaveda, this work explains Sobon as an internal Agni Kriya, linking Vedic ritual with modern concepts of cognition, chronobiology, and consciousness regulation. Comparative references are drawn to rhythm-based inner practices across world traditions.

}Sobon-Veda: An Indigenous Rhythmic Inner Homa Process
This work presents Sobon (সবন), an Indigenous discovery rooted in the Rig, Yajur, Sama, and Atharva Vedas. Sobon is described as an inner Homa process (antar-yajna) where structured chanting (japa), metrical rhythm (chhanda), and cyclical time (kala) act as the fuel for generating Soma, the vital essence of life.
As an Indigenous knowledge system, Sobon transforms external ritual into an internal discipline, harmonizing body, mind, and soul. It reflects the Vedic worldview where consciousness, time cycles, and energy are inseparably linked.
Key Aspects
Indigenous Roots: Preserves Vedic oral and spiritual traditions, transmitted through rhythm and sound.
Biological Relevance: Aligns with circadian cycles, emotional regulation, and mind-body balance.
Philosophical Dimension: Integrates concepts of Agni (inner fire), Atman (soul), and Paramatma (Supreme Soul).
Interdisciplinary Reach: Bridges Indigenous studies, philosophy of religion, Indian literature, and biological sciences.
Future Scope
This discovery opens opportunities for cross-cultural and interdisciplinary dialogue on:
Indigenous approaches to health and consciousness research.
Comparative studies of rhythmic spiritual practices in global traditions (e.g., mantra, dhikr, psalmody).
Integration of chronobiology, psychology, and Vedic philosophy to understand inner energy regulation.
Sobon is presented here not as a commercial claim but as a knowledge contribution from India’s Indigenous heritage to the global academic community.<br>
