Evapotranspiration in the plain area of Aral Sea watershed from 1985 through 2016 was retrieved using systematic biological/meteorological dataset and Landsat serial images. This evapotranspiration dataset includes 5 time serial frames (1985-1989, 1990-1994, 1995-1999, 2010-2011 and 2013-2016). The spatial resolution of ET is 30m×30m.On the instantaneous time scale in our study, a set of observation data in field scale (eddy covariance system ) was used to verify ET. The result shows that the quality of the adjustment is 0.8 and the mean square error is 0.14 mm. Mean average annual evapotranspiration in the plain area of Aral Sea watershed is 270 mm (±18 mm). The evapotranspiration of desert ecosystem is 171 mm (±7 mm). The evapotranspiration of oasis/farmland ecosystem is 1101 mm (±67 mm).
