Different yeast strains were subjected to heat stresss; samples were collected at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 minutes after heat stress; microarray analysis were performed using the Affymetrix Y-GS98 microarray.
对不同酵母菌株施加热胁迫处理；分别于热胁迫处理后的0、5、10、15、20、25及30分钟采集样本；采用Affymetrix Y-GS98微阵列芯片开展微阵列分析。
