Samples were taken every 30 days for morphological observation. At the same time, some seeds were refrigerated at -80 for omics analysis and determination of physiological indices. The germination rates of seeds after 210 days of stratification outdoors and indoors were counted. Sampling was carried out at stratification 0d (morphological dormancy period, MD), stratification 90d (morphological dormancy period, MD), stratification 180d (physiological dormancy period, PD), stratification 210d (physiological dormancy period, PD), and stratification 210d (germination period, G). Each period was repeated three times for transcriptome sequencing.
