skin metabolites of Korean women

This dataset contains skin surface metabolomics data obtained from Korean women in their 20s and 60s. The raw data are provided in mzML format, comprising a total of 40 files derived from 20 biological samples analyzed in two different ionization modes. File Naming Convention: The filenames consist of a prefix letter indicating the analytical mode, followed by a two-digit number representing the subject. Prefix 'A': Represents data analyzed in Anion (Negative) ionization mode. Prefix 'C': Represents data analyzed in Cation (Positive) ionization mode. Subject Numbers (01–10): Represent the younger group (women in their 20s). Subject Numbers (11–20): Represent the older group (women in their 60s).
