Pseudomonas_aeruginosa_diversity_in_Cystic_Fibrosis_infections_

Whole genome sequencing of a collection of 5,200 isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa collected from a longitudinal study of 15 cystic fibrosis patients. Samples were collected before, during and after exacerbation events in these patients, and isolates were cultured from each sample. These samples were phenotyped for a number of parameters, including virulence, motility, auxotrophy, quorum sensing, morphotype and biofilm. This will allow us to identify genotypic associations for these phenotypes, and to investigate changes in the population structure associated with exacerbation.
