RNA was sequenced from differentiated C2C12 mouse myotubes that were treated with S2-013 conditioned media with or without resveratrol in comparison to control media Overall design: C2C12 mouse myotubes were differentiated and treated with control media or 24 hour conditioned media from S2-013 cells with or without supplementation with 50 µM of resveratrol for 24 hours
