Microbial population of bioleach reactor Raw sequence reads
收藏资源简介:
The research was carried out under batch and continuous bioleaching conditions in order to evaluate the influence of process mode and e-waste concentration on the activity and stability of the microbial community. In batch experiments, three consecutive bioleaching cycles were performed using pyrite flotation tailings alone and in combination with e-wastes at a concentration of 5 g/L. Under continuous bioleaching conditions, three series of reactor samples were analyzed during the treatment of pyrite tailings and their mixtures with e-wastes at concentrations of 5, 12, and 35.5 g/L. The obtained results provide insight into the dynamics of the microbial population, its adaptation to technogenic load, and the potential of biotechnological approaches for the combined processing of pyrite tailings and e-wastes.
