A collection of tents and ramshackle huts can be seen lined-up along the beach, with many of the homes at center and at right hanging clothes out on the line to dry. In the background, a separate home can be seen installed along the slope of the palisades at center. Picture file card reads "These are squatter's cabins, Mr. Keogh's among them. They squatted there for seven years and then the SP made them sign a lease".
