Audio Recordings of Endangered Waterbirds : Analyzing the Impact of Environmental Noise on Bird Identification

This dataset contains audio recordings of songs from three endangered migratory waterbirds: the Ferruginous Duck (Aythya nyroca), the Common Pochard (Aythya ferina), and the White-headed Duck (Oxyura leucocephala). This dataset is designed to facilitate research on the impact of environmental noise on bird song recognition and classification. It can be used to develop and test algorithms for automatic bird song identification in noisy environments, which is crucial for monitoring and conservation efforts of these endangered species.
