To investigate the transcriptomic changes of by rhIL-7-hyFc treatment at the clonal levels, we performed scRNA/TCR-seq and bulk-RNA-seq for mouse Lung infected with influenza A virus w/wo rhIL-7-hyFc treatment. Experimental design : (scRNA/TCR-seq) sorted equal numbers of pulmonary conventional (CD4, CD8 T) and innate-like T cells (iNKT, MAIT, gamma delta T) at 7 days after H1N1 IAV infection w/wo rhIL-7-hyFc treatment, followed by scRNA-seq paired with V(D)J sequencing. (bulk-RNA-seq) whole lungs were collected at 1, 3, 7 dpi from mice infected with H1N1 IAV w/wo rhIL-7-hyFc treatment.
