Japanese Fake News Dataset

Japanese Fake News Dataset是由大阪大学和奈良先端科学技术大学院大学合作创建的首个日语假新闻数据集，包含307条经过验证的新闻故事。该数据集通过详细的标注方案，从多个角度（如传播者的意图、对社会的有害性、新闻目标等）对假新闻进行深入分析。数据集的创建旨在促进对日本假新闻传播的理解，并计划扩展到其他语言和国家的假新闻数据集。该数据集的应用领域包括构建假新闻检测系统，帮助记者、事实核查员、政策制定者和政府实体识别虚假信息的潜在危险。

Japanese Fake News Dataset is the first Japanese fake news dataset co-created by Osaka University and Nara Institute of Science and Technology, comprising 307 verified news stories. This dataset conducts in-depth analysis of fake news from multiple dimensions via a rigorous annotation framework, including the intent of spreaders, social harmfulness, news targets, and so on. The dataset is designed to facilitate the understanding of Japanese fake news dissemination, and there are plans to expand it to fake news datasets covering other languages and countries. Its application areas include developing fake news detection systems to assist journalists, fact-checkers, policymakers, and government entities in identifying potential risks of disinformation.
