This work proposes a simplified, testable roadmap for implementing the Cohesive Evolution Model (CEM) using current materials science, quantum data, and battery technologies. We reframe the concept of “quantum armor”—materials designed to suppress decoherence via structural asymmetry—into a three-stage development strategy. Using NV-center diamond data, machine learning, and DFT simulations, we identify candidate materials like wurtzite ZnO for integration into lithium–sulfur (Li–S) batteries. The result is a hybrid battery architecture with projected improvements in cycle life (+20%) and coulombic efficiency (from 85% to 92%), all modeled with open-source tools and data. This document outlines a 12-month prototyping plan with industry-accessible fabrication paths, targeting real-world energy storage enhancements through quantum-informed material engineering.
