This study aims to determine the rate of CRKP colonization among patients admitted to our Reanimation Intensive Care Unit (ICU), clarify the phenotypic and molecular characteristics of CRKP, establish the link between rectal CRKP colonization and subsequent bloodstream infection (BSI), and investigate the clonality of CRKP strains.
