Genes identified as enriched by GO term in the tissue restricted gene enrichment analysis. A total number of ten GO terms were identified as enriched. These GO terms were identified for meat quality related traits measured in the longissimus dorsi muscle from Brahman-Angus crossbreed steers. Bold gene IDs were accounted twice, provided that they had two associated uncorrelated SNPs. (XLS 47 kb)
