云南省普洱市-卫生-患者治疗效果评估数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品以患者就诊结果为核心基础，深度整合其病史记录、检查报告、用药反应等关键医疗数据，构建分析模型，对当前治疗方案进行全面评估，输出包含疗效指标、潜在问题的量化分析结论，呈现原治疗方案优势与不足。

This data product is sourced from the hospital information system (HIS) data of Pu'er City. The project collected comprehensive medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions, encompassing data such as medical record homepages, electronic medical records (EMRs), examination and laboratory test reports, physician orders, expense breakdowns, expense settlements, and medical insurance settlements. Following data governance and processing, high-quality medical data products are formed. Taking the patient's treatment outcome as the core foundation, this data product deeply integrates key medical data such as medical history records, examination reports, and medication reactions, constructs an analytical model to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current treatment regimen, outputs quantitative analytical conclusions covering efficacy indicators and potential problems, and presents the strengths and weaknesses of the original treatment regimen.
