资源简介:

Imaging data generated for the publication: 'Highly dynamic mechanical transitions in embryonic cell populations during Drosophila gastrulation'. biorXiv DOI: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.08.29.610383v1 The images that are uploaded in here correspond to the material used in the manuscript. The filenames indicate the figure panels that correspond to each image. For the data shown in Figure 2, it was extracted from volumes used in Figure 1. The difference between Figure 1 and Figure 2, is that in Figure 1 we averaged the Brillouin shift over a large region of the tissue (compassing 16 cells for mesoderm, and 6 cells for both neuroectoderm and the ectoderm), whereas in Figure 2 we analysed the Brillouin shift in these volumes in a cell by cell basis, extracting not only the Brillouin shift but also cell shape parameters to correlate the Brillouin shift to the changes in cellular morphology. Thus, Fig. 2a,b uses the volumes labelled as 'Fig1bc' in the filenames, and Fig 2c-f uses the volumes labeled as 'Fig1fg' in the filenames. Please see the Methods section in the publication for more information about the type of data extracted from volumes that correspond to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 . The manuscript has been accepted in principle at Nature Communications. An updated link for the article will be included in the zenodo profile as soon as it is published.
