High-grade corded and hyalinized endometrioid carcinoma with MSI-high and STK11 mutation: A case report and literature review

This dataset comprises genomic and clinical data from a case of high-grade corded and hyalinized endometrioid carcinoma, a rare and aggressive variant of endometrial cancer.
