1H-MRS Mouse Brain Spectroscopy Raw Vendor Dataset (BIDS-MRS v1.0, Raw-Frozen Release)

This repository contains the raw vendor 1H-MRS mouse brain spectroscopy dataset structured according to the BIDS-MRS v1.0 specification. The dataset includes unprocessed PRESS MRS acquisitions collected from multiple mouse groups, including control animals (C5701–C5706) and tumor-bearing animals scanned at multiple time points (Tumor07–Tumor12, sessions a/b). All raw spectra are preserved in their original vendor format (“raw-frozen” release) without any modification or preprocessing. Each subject directory follows BIDS-MRS naming conventions and includes: Raw vendor spectroscopy files (.raw / .rda / original manufacturer format) Sidecar JSON files specifying acquisition metadata A dataset_description.json file describing BIDS version and dataset provenance A participants.tsv file listing all included subjects This dataset supports reproducible spectroscopy research, vendor-to-BIDS conversion benchmarking, automated pipeline testing, and longitudinal tumor model studies. All files were organized using a semi-automated workflow assisted by ChatGPT, ensuring consistent BIDS-MRS compliance for raw spectroscopy storage.
