Volumetric imaging and computation to explore contractile function in zebrafish hearts

This dataset serves as an example for 4D reconstruction of the zebrafish heart using light field microscopy. It consists of 100 time steps—with each step having a 5 ms exposure time—capturing the blood flow in the transgenic zebrafish heart (Tg(gata1a:DsRed)).
