We study the effect of Treg cell-derived Areg in chronic liver injury. Here we look at the transcriptional changes of hepatic stellate cells in NASH in response to Treg cell-derived Areg. Overall design: Single cell RNA-seq of hepatic stellate cells enriched via FACS from the liver of AregFl/Fl (control) or AregFl/Fl Foxp3YFP-cre (conditional knockout) mice fed a NASH diet.
