APD Citizen Complaints DataPlease click on this link for Metadata: MetadataThis data will be updated quarterly during the first week of each new quarter, adding the previous quarter’s data to the current dataset. Note that if a month does not appear in the dataset (for example: January 2018) it is because there were no complaints/records that monthNote that each ID (ia_no) is one record, however because the records may contain multiple officers or multiple allegations of policy violations for a single officer, they may be represented multiple times in the data.APD Filters:The dataset includes the following agency-specific filters: Asheville Police Department (APD): Include Records on/after January 01, 2018 Incident_type is filtered to: “Citizen Complaint” Allegation is filtered to: Not Null when Disposition is 'Unfounded', 'Sustained', 'Non-Sustained'* The Allegation field is filtered that Incidents that were withdrawn will be included.
