VeroHPI

VeroHPI is built using a repeat-sales index which is proven to be the most accurate house price index technology available by building an index that tracks the sales price changes of the same property over time. VeroHPI is constructed at a granular county level with different series for single-family and condominium/townhouse properties. Presently, there are over 2100 individual HPI data series that are available.

Most VeroHPI indices use sales data back to 1990 and are updated monthly. All data are quality and error checked so that sufficient amounts of accurate sales data are available for any HPI series within the coverage area.

In addition, there are over 10,000 individual HPI data series that are available at a zip code level where sufficient amounts of single-family and condominium/townhouse are available to construct the series. Veros Real Estate Solutions is an industry leader in historical house price trending, current house price valuation, and future house price forecasting. VeroHPI are the models that are integral to all of these solutions.
