Human liver amplicon sequencing for LINE1 L1PA lineage subfamily-selective PCR primers

This project aimed to generate PCR primers that selectively amplify LINE1 L1PA lineage subfamilies. To validate the degree to which these primers generate L1PA subfamily-selective amplicons, human liver amplicon sequencing was performed using the newly designed primers.
