Mitochondrial genome sequencing and assembly of bivalve mollusks

This project aims to sequence and assemble the complete mitochondrial genomes of bivalve mollusks to support molecular phylogenetic and evolutionary analyses. The resulting data will provide valuable genomic resources for investigating gene organization, evolutionary patterns, and phylogenetic relationships among bivalves.
