This is a repilcation dataset for the manuscript titled: \"High-throughput sequencing approaches applied to SARS-CoV-2.\" This data comes from GISAID and contains SARSCoV-2 sequences information. Data description: all_combined.csv: These data contains generated SARSCoV-2 sequences across the world using different sequencing platforms as per 18th January 2022. gisaid_dataset2: contains a short oberview of SARSCoV-2 sequences available in GISAID as per 18th January 2022. coordinates_1.tsv: contains coordinates of countries in the world. world_bank.csv: contains economic status of countries in the world.
