Gene expression profiling of Drosophila melangoaster Myb mutant wing discs of 3rd instar larvae. [NimbleGen tiling array]

Study of genome-wide expression of Drosophila Melanogaster Myb mutant wing discs of 3rd instar larvae compared to control animals. Wing discs were dissected from Myb mutant and control 3rd instar larvae. Total RNA was isolated and converted to cDNA for array hybridization. Each genotype was represented with two biological replicates. A two chip array set (Chip1 and Chip2) representing the Drosophila melanogaster genome was used.
