2x104, 1x105, and 2x105 GNR-Si35-labelled (30 pM) MSCs, as well as 2x105 control cells were subcutaneously injected at 4 different positions into the flank of a mouse, and monitored for up to 15 days. Scans of the mouse flank from shoulder to hind leg were acquired with 0.5 mm steps at day 1. It is shown here the images obtained after multispectral reconstructiont.
