The first draft genome sequences of clinical isolates of KPC-2/CTX-M-15-producing K. pneumoniae belonging to the high-risk clonal lineage ST340/CC258 associated with nosocomial outbreaks in our country. To highlight, an unusual IncP6 plasmid bearing blaKPC-2 gene was detected in this clone.
