VigiMed Data Extracts Used in the Study of Dosing-Related Medication Errors, November 2025

This dataset contains the VigiMed data extracts downloaded from the Brazilian Open Data Portal in November 2025 and used in the associated study. These archived extracts are provided to enable exact reproduction of the data-processing and analytical procedures.
