资源简介：
This data package includes wind data (e.g. wind speed, wind
direction, wind velocity, air temperature, etc.) from 54 stations
near Santa Barbara, CA since 1981. The wind data is collected from
3 agencies: Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District,
California Department of Water Resources, and National Data Buoy
Center. The data collected from the National Data Buoy Center also
include the water temperature data. This data package is expected
to update annually.
