Gene expression profile at single cell level of spinal cord infilitrating CD4 T cells at the peak of EAE disease

We used single cell RNA sequencing to evaluate the molecular differences between WT and G123KO CD4 T cells in the context of EAE disesase. Overall design: Immune cells were enriched from the spinal cord by a Percoll gradient protocol. Enriched cells were then further isolated to live CD4 T cells by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
