资源简介:
In this study, we evaluate the bacterial composition of both morphological heathy and WS-stressed Haliotis corrugata and H. fulgens abalone to assess changes associated with the syndrome. Our analyses test the hypothesis of the Anna Karenina principle (AKP), which proposes that microbiomes of unhealthy organisms are characterized by stochastic changes in their composition; consequently, dysbiotic microbiomes may present a broader range of alternative microbial arrangements.
