This dataset is the spatial distribution data of land use types in Fangshan District, Beijing, in 2016. It is vector data with attribute fields including land code, land type, etc. The land types are classified into secondary categories as follows: paddy field, dry land, closed forest land, shrub land, sparse forest land, other forest land, high-coverage grassland, medium-coverage grassland, low-coverage grassland, rivers and canals, lakes, reservoirs and ponds, permanent glacier and snow, tidal flat, beach land, urban land, rural settlements, other construction land, sandy land, gobi, saline-alkali land, swamp land, bare land, bare rock and gravel land, and others. Among them, cultivated land is classified into paddy fields and dry lands in mountains, hills, plains, and slopes with a gradient greater than 25° based on landform. The scale of this dataset is 1:100,000.
