SANS data used for the analysis in this paper. Original data were published as the FM_s1 set in "Structural heterogeneity of milk casein micelles: a SANS contrast variation study" by Antoine Bouchoux <em>et al</em>. (<em>Soft Matter</em>, 2015, <strong>11</strong>, 389-399) Data were extracted from the figures in this paper using the macOS application GraphClick. The Guinier approximation was then used to rescale the data to the I(Q=0) given in this paper. The files in this data set are two column *.csv files of Q (in Å<sup>–1</sup>) and I(Q) (in cm<sup>–1</sup>). The file names show the proportion of D<sub>2</sub>O in the solvent.
