Projecting ecological niche trajectories of the endangered large flying-fox (Pteropus vampyrus) under future climate change: environmental interactions and spatial uncertainty for transboundary conservation
收藏资源简介:
This is the dataset associated with the paper titled "Projecting ecological niche trajectories of the endangered large flying-fox (Pteropus vampyrus) under future climate change: environmental interactions and spatial uncertainty for transboundary conservation". Each .rar file contains the following datasets: Training data: Contains 10 tabular files (*.csv) representing 10 sampling iterations used for model training and validation. Environmental variables: Contains 10 raster files (*.tif) used as inputs for projecting species suitability under both historical and future climate change scenarios. Suitability with uncertainty: Contains 30 raster files (*.tif) representing species suitability, absolute uncertainty, and relative uncertainty across historical and climate change scenarios. Habitat trajectory: Contains 3 raster files (*.tif) illustrating spatiotemporal habitat trajectories across four periods (the historical baseline, 2011–2040, 2041–2070, and 2071–2100) under the SSP1-2.6, SSP3-7.0, and SSP5-8.5 scenarios. Modeling: Contain a Python script (*.py) or can be directly accessed through Google Colab notebooks for model training, validation, and mapping
