This is a DNA sequencing chromatogram that I produced in the lab whilst a post-doc. I have used this trace for around 8 years in first year undergraduate biochemistry practicals as part of a sequencing exercise. This chromotagram contains a number of errors for the students to explore and examine. If you would like further details on the practical and the exercise then please contact me.
