Data for: The OEN mixture model for the joint distribution of wind speed and direction

This data set contains the supplementary information for the above titled paper in Energy Conversion & Management, 191 (2019), 141-158. This includes the file "OEN by Koppen class.PDF" containing the observed and model joint and marginal probability density charts and the OEN model parameters for all 128 stations. It also includes a folder containing the R script and Rdata files to reproduce these charts and allow direct access to the data for further analysis.
