Protein sequence alignments of Anthurium section Pachyneurium derived from A353 capture

This dataset contains the protein sequence alignments generated from loci captured using the A353 probe set. The alignments were assembled for species belonging to the Anthurium section Pachyneurium, including a new species (A. giuliettiae Camelo & Nadruz)
Only loci for which it was possible to assemble genes for a minimum of eight species within the section Pachyneurium are included here. This filtering criterion ensures the phylogenetic utility and data completeness for downstream analyses.
