Supporting Data for "Genome Refinement in Pacific Bluefin Tuna (Thunnus orientalis): Chromosome-level Assembly Using Hybrid Linkage Data"

This Zenodo record provides the data and scripts associated with the chromosome-level genome assembly of Pacific bluefin tuna (Thunnus orientalis). The dataset includes the SELDLA-extended genome assembly, predicted protein-coding gene models and sequences, linkage-based scaffold anchoring results, and BUSCO assessment outputs. These resources support the analyses presented in the accompanying manuscript and enable reproducibility of the genome assembly validation and annotation procedures. The data are intended to facilitate future comparative genomics, evolutionary biology, selective breeding, and conservation studies of T. orientalis.
