Abnormal serum BDNF and p-mTOR in MDD with childhood trauma

Serum BDNF and p-mTOR levels were measured by ELISA in adolescents with major depressive episode and matched healthy controls采用酶联免疫吸附测定（Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, ELISA）法，检测重度抑郁发作（major depressive episode）青少年及匹配健康对照（matched healthy controls）的血清脑源性神经营养因子（Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor, BDNF）与磷酸化雷帕霉素靶蛋白（phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin, p-mTOR）水平。
