Pure Deep Red Electroluminescence in Mixed Phase Quasi-2D Tin Iodide Perovskite Heterostructure

This work reports mixed cation quasi-2D tin iodide perovskite heterostructure materials for deep-red to NIR emitting light-emitting diode (LED) applications. The dataset contains absorbance, PL, XRD, LED characterizations (current-voltage, luminance-voltage), transient absorption, GIWAXS. The structural analysis was conducted using GIWAXS and XRD analysis. The mixed phase analysis was conducted using optical and structural analysis. The thickness was controlled by different spin-coating speed. Finally, the charge transfer was studied using transient absorption spectroscopy.
