This series comprises of registers that record the movement of Railway Station Plans from the Plan Room. The register includes information on:- Station Name (and plan number)- Drawer where plan stored- Date plan removed from storage- Signature of person who took the plan- Room located in while away from storage- Date returned- Received byResearchers should note where there is no return date it is likely the plan was never returned. Occasionally the register will also show if the plan was destroyed or replaced.
