Result data for manuscript: Numerical quality factor statistics for SRF cavities with spatially inhomogeneous multilayer coatings modeled by Gaussian random fields

The files are structured as "result_<NUMBER>perc.db". The number refers to the length scale of the Gaussian random field, as also used and explained in the manuscript. Each file contains the 2048 quality factor samples alongside metadata of the simulation run. The data is stored in an SQLite database and can hence be accessed via SQL queries or viewed through a SQLite browser, see e.g. https://sqlitebrowser.org/
