Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a unique form of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) characterized by extranodal cell growth especially in small vessels without systemic lymphadenopathy. The limitation in obtaining sufficient tumor materials hampers understanding the molecular pathogenesis of IVLBCL.
