Benthic invertebrates sampled in riffle and run mesohabitats of a neotropical river.

The fauna of benthic invertebrates present in riffles and runs of a 4^th order stretch of the Capivara River (Middle Tiete River Basin) was studied during a month of the rainy season. This study was developed as a final examination of the Undergraduate Course presented by E.I. Silva in 2014 (Biological Science Course, UNESP – Univ Estadual Paulista, Campus de Botucatu, Brazil). The dataset shows the list of 57 OUT’s sampled and the values of abundance on each mesohabitat.
